Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-02-06  yorkebrazil: I think after 9.. ♘c3 black wins. The result is wrong.
Jan-02-06  Necessary Truths: I think that you're probably right, but it's also possible that black ran out of time. I've notice an annoying number of games in the system like that; it messes with the statistics of the openings.
Jan-02-06  thathwamasi: <Chessgames.com> U have any comments on this? Even I feel <yorkebrazil> is right but for the fact of losing on time.
Jun-10-06  Necessary Truths: The earliest post by <yorkebrazil> has been deleted, but it questioned whether black really resigned, since he's easily winning after 9. ... Nc3.
Jul-06-06  Marco65: <chessgames.com> This score is certainly wrong, the game continued with 9...Nc3 0-1 as reported by other databases like http://www.chesslab.com/PositionSea... Chesslab also thinks the game was played in 1983.
Jul-06-06  mistergore: ran out of time after 8 moves?
Sep-15-06  Necessary Truths: <mistergore> It was a correspondence game... those are usually 10 moves/40 days. Perhaps black got in a car accident or something.
