Kibitzer's Corner

tpstar: Great game! BOOC can be drawish but this one features fierce attacks by both sides. Note Black doesn't have time for the tempting 39 ... Rb2 due to 40. Rd8+ Kg7 41. Rg8#. As of 48 ... Rxa3 material equality is reestablished, but since the King is in the corner, Black avoided 49. Rd5 Bf4 leaving the Bishop on g5 to cover d8, or else 50. Rf5 and now White might double on the 7th. Move 56 is cute, answering a check with a check - just like the movies. ;>D
