Honza Cervenka: Tony's 13.g4 fired back on him badly. After quite obvious but probably surprisingly powerful 15...Be6! white has no good move. After trade of LSBs the game was lost for white but there was no escape as 16.Be4 Bxc4! 17.Nxc4 Qe7 looks grim for white too. Good performance by Tringov.
Apr-21-25  mel gibson: I didn't see any checkmate.

Stockfish 17 chooses a different ply:

27. .. Bc5

(27. .. Bc5 (1. ... Bc5 2.Qd2 Rf3 3.Bh4 Qe4 4.Bg5 Qxg4+ 5.Qg2 d2 6.Ra1 Qh5 7.Kh1 Rf8 8.Qxd2 Qxg5 9.Qc2 Qxe3 10.Qc4+ Kg7 11.Qc3+ Qxc3 12.bxc3 Rf4 13.Kg2 Kh6 14.Kg3 Rc4 ) +7.98/42 104)

score for Black +7.98 depth 42.

If I force SF to play the game ply:

27. .. Bxe3+

28. Rxe3 (28. Rxe3 (1.Rxe3 d2 2.Re1 d1Q 3.Rxd1 Qxd1+ 4.Qe1 Rd8 5.Qxd1 Rxd1+ 6.Kf2 Rd2+ 7.Ke3 Rxb2 8.Bd6 Kf7 9.Kd3 Ke6 10.Bc7 Ra2 11.Kc3 Rxa3+ 12.Kb2 Re3 13.Bd8 Rb3+ 14.Ka2 Rb4 ) -7.70/41 185)

score for White -7.70 depth 41.

  takebackok: Had to think hard Monday 27...Bxe3+ (if 28. Bf2 Bxf2+ 29. Kf1 Qh1#) 28. Rxe3 d2 29. Re1 dxe1=Q+ 30. Qxe1 Qd4+ 31. Kh1 Qxg4 (not Qxb2 Qe6+ etc) with weak 1st rank, exposed king plus down exchange has to be easy win.

Apr-21-25  King.Arthur.Brazil: The solution is easy as usual Mondays: 27...Bxe3+ (28. Rxe3 d2 and next d1 is unavoidable... 29. Qxa4 d1=Q+ 30. Qxd1 Qxd1+ 31. Re1 Qd4+ 32. Kg2 Qxb2+ 33. Kg1 Qxa3 ) 28. Bf2 Bxf2+ 29. Kf1 Qh1#.
Apr-21-25  Walter Glattke: Happy Easter! 27.-Bxe3+ 28.Rxd3 d2 29. Qxd2 Qxd2 30.Re1 - 29.Qxa4 allows petites moves, e.g. 29.-Qb5 30. Qd1 Qxb2 or 30.Qxb5 d1Q+ 31. Re1 Qd4+ 32.Kg2 cxb5 no Capablanca moves with 29.Qxd2
