Benzol: Svidler sets up a nice mate here.
Mar-21-05  Rowson: The power of the bishop pair is well illustrated by this game. Svidler loves the Grunfeld and scores great results with it.

plang: White has scored well after 15..0-0 16 Nd4; here Black tried 15..Nc6. White missed the opportunity to play 20 Rxf7!..Rxf7 21 Bxf7+..Kxf7 22 Rc5..Rb8 23 e4!..Bxe4 24 Rxa5..Rb7 25 Ke3..Bc6 with better chances for White; instead, after 20 Rc7?, Black had the initiative and excellent winning chances. 33 h3, hanging on to the h-pawn, would have been better. Svidler recommended 39 e4 as a better defense.
