Honza Cervenka: Paulsen lost rook for knight but afterwards he managed to create very strong pressure on the kingside which led to his victory. Black should play 21...gxf5 instead of 21...Rag8, but after 22.Rxf5 Qe7 23.Qf3 Kg8 24.Qxh5 Rb8 25.b3 c5 26.Qh6 a5 27.a4 white's position looks quite good.
Aug-19-03  Calli: Interesting sac by Paulsen. Hard to find a defence.

26.Qg3 Rg8? is a blunder but if 26...Re6 then 27.Qg5! threatens mate and forces Qxg5 with a winning rook endgame for white.

<Honza> In that line, instead of Qh6, perhaps 26.Qf3 followed by Rf6, threatening Rh6 and Qh5 looks strong.
