PinkZebra: Black can win an exchange or pawn with 32)...Bxc1 33)Rxc1 and then proceed with Nd3 or Nxb3. Bf5 gives him a spatial advantage but black is safe enough to snatch a pawn or rook and force resignation earlier.

PinkZebra: Anyone looking at the position of the white knights would say after move 28)that the knights must be on the wrong squares. Possibly better was trying to place the knights on the c3 and f3 or e2 squares.A nimzo approach would be knights on c3 and e3.It is very important to maintain the knight that controls d5,b5 and e4.
Jun-02-16  whiteshark: I like your avtaar, <PinkZebra>. ◕‿◕
Jun-02-16  whiteshark: <PinkZebra: A nimzo approach would be knights on c3 and e3.It is very important to maintain the knight that controls d5,b5 and e4.> And <g4> I'd like to add after almost 13,5 years.
Jun-02-16  whiteshark: Better was <33.Ne3!> and white could well hope to play on.
