  Honza Cervenka: 42...Rc1+ is a nice shot. After 43.Bxc1 Bc5+ 44.Be3 Bxe3+ there is a checkmate in the next move: 45.Rxe3 Qg2#, 45.Rf2 Qg2# or 45.Kf1 Qh1#.

Honza Cervenka: Chessgames.com, this game was played by Milan Vidmar Jr

The game was played in 1945 Yugoslav Championship (not in Belgrade, but in Novi Sad). Milan Vidmar Sr did not participate in that tournament.

Jul-15-14  zanzibar: Still looking into this, but it's odd that only three games from YUG ch (1945) would have Milan Vidmar Jr. (the rest, apparently have Sr.).

So, it's comforting to see <Honza Cervenka>'s comment here, insofar as the discrepancy has already been noted.

<MillBase> uses Jr., as does the Czech source on Feuer I'm working through:

On the other hand, the site I've recently been introduced to, perpetualcheck, has the PGN for the tournament, with dates and rounds, and with <Vidmar, Milan M>. Which one is that?
