Sep-05-04  John Doe: Err... Anyone care to explain what's going on here? This game is a mess from where I'm standing.
Sep-05-04  weirdoid: Agreed ... confusing game, particularly White's 23rd move. Did he perhaps see some mirage, only to resign as it turned out unreal?
Sep-05-04  hartkoka: after 22.Nd6, black queen have no good square, Q a5 or along the B file, will be answered by Nbxc4, attacking the queen and b2 pawn.
Feb-24-07  AugustAle: If playing v Tal, and trying to play like Tal, it's time to throw in the towel.
Feb-24-07  whatthefat: White's middlegame play was a little incoherent to say the least.

kingscrusher: On move 22 White had to play Qa5 it seems - to address the income Nd6 threat - but still black is better even with that. The opening doesn't seem that convincing for White. White was taking out a flank pawn and giving up a center pawn and with that exchange, lost quite a bit of central control.
