Oct-26-05  sitzkrieg: 22 Rxa6!
May-29-08  flightsquare: Please explain to this patzer why its a draw, thx
Jul-20-08  Atking: This game was deeply commented in the fascinating book "Leonid Stein Master of the Risk strategy" Instead of 25.Rxc6 25.e4! wins Bg5 26.exNd5 BxNd2 27.dxc6+ (To compare with the actual game white e pawn is now in c6!) 27...Kh8 28.Ra1 g6 29.Bd5 Be3+ 30.Kh1 Rf2 31.c7 Rxb2 32.Re1 Bxd4 Parma vs Spassky 1965 (1/2) but now 33.g4! Bxg4 (No more last rank mate) 34.cxBd4 Rc2 35.Re7 Bh3 36.Kg1 Rd2 37.Be6 wins. This could give you a good insigh of 18...bxa4 resulting problem <flightsquare> 3 connected pawns are enought for the Bishop. But I think that both players were exhausted after this hight tension battle. Indeed draw seems normal.

( As also featured in my '' OMGP '' )
