Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-27-05  calman543: I sat next to Atwell when he earned a draw against Spassky in a simul back in 1986. Unfortunately Spassky creamed me.
Jun-28-05  calman543: Atwell had told me that he lost a game to Silman in which he used the Morra Gambit as white. I scolded him for using such a sharp opening against a much higher rated opponent.
Jun-28-05  SnoopDogg: This game is a perfect example of how to take advantage of lost time in the opening.
Dec-20-05  barefootin: It's impressive that Silman is winging it both against the Morra and the Benoni, yet decisively crushing both of these openings.
Jan-02-13  Helios727: How can white improve on this game?

NM JRousselle: White should not play this gambit. It is not sound.
