Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-04-10  Atking: 24.Rh1! This is shorcking!
24...Qg4+ 25.Kf1 c4 26.Bd1 Re1+! 27.KxR Qg2 28.Qe2 QxR+ 29.Kd2 white keeps the piece.

23....Qh2+ 23.Kf1 Bf4!! 24.Qf3 Re1+ 25.KxR QxR+ 26.Ke2 BxB 27.RxB QxB 28.g6 Re8+ 30.Kd3 Qb1+ was draw in Sokolov Oll SSSR ch 1989.

But the joy of the combination could be for latter. 16.Nf3 BxN (Else Ne5 will be effective) 17.QxB in such position one could enjoy the light square bishop by e.g a4-Ra2-e2 especially on 17...Qe7 (Plaskett vs Finegold, Hasting 1989)

Jun-05-10  MaxxLange: this is the kind of game that just puts me in awe of HOW MUCH STUFF really top level chess players can see in a game
