tpstar: In the Center Counter, Black often plays ... e6 + ... c6, therefore Bd3 is a good post for White's KB. I like White's plan of Bf4 & Qe2 & 0-0-0 followed by a Kingside Pawn storm, meanwhile Black had no counterplay on the Queenside or in the center.

Honza Cervenka: 9...Nc6 could have been better move than 9...c6, a losing mistake seems to be 11...f5, though this move is quite understandable, as Bxh7+ is already in the air. Instead of that black should have played 11...Nd7 with possible continuation 12.Nxd5 exd5 13.Bxh7+ Kxh7 14.Ng5+ Kg8 15.Qh5 Nf6 16.Bxf6 Bf5 17.Bxe7 Qxe7 etc. White is a Pawn up but with Bishop against Knight black still has practical chance to hold a draw in ending.
