Nov-23-03  lordazol: 25 th move at this game endgame begins.Black is one pawn up and Bishop vs Knight.Who prefers white at this position?

GM Hort must be tore his hair after losing this endgame.

May-08-06  Dr. Funkenstein: Yeah, but one of Horts pawns is doubled and blocks the bishop from attacking Spassky´s pawns. The bishop is caught behind the black pawns and so the knight can penetrate.

Phony Benoni: The only way Black is a pawn ahead at move 25 is if you count the bishop as a pawn--which, perhaps, is not a bad idea.
Aug-16-08  CharlesSullivan: Hort missed 37...e3!, which draws.
Jan-20-16  Joker2048: Spassky know what he's doing...
Great job.
