Mateo: Andersson had a much better ending (because of the bad pawn structure of his opponent) but it would have been hard to press home the advantage.

Black first mistake in the ending was 35... Kd5 ?! allowing at this moment the effective 36. b4 (as 36... cb was no longer possible), increasing white advantage.

37... Kd4? was a decisive mistake. More stubborn was 38... a5. For instance, 39. c3 (39. Na4 ab 40. ab Kd4) ab 40. ab Kc6 41. Ke3 Nd5 42. Kd4 Nf4 43. Kc4 Nh3 44. b5 Kc7 45. f3, with good winning chances for white.
