Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-01-07  PinnedPiece: Was Steinitz working out the refutation of the Evans Gambit here? Seems like the game for white was just lost on blunders on move 32 Bb7, if not 42 Pf5.

But what do I know.

Apr-04-08  Knight13: <PinnedPiece> No, he wasn't working on refutation. White simply didn't play the most aggressive Evans Gambit here.
Nov-21-19  SymphonicKnight: Nice End-Game play by Steinitz, having two extra pawns for the B exchange. There are some nice subtleties in the conversion, which he plays precisely.
