Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-09-09  madlydeeply: For Rubinstein "clearly winning" means a win 20 moves later by one tempo.
Nov-10-18  Retireborn: Hoffer's remark about exemplary correctness really only applies after 53.Rxe3, because it seems that Black could draw with 52...e2! Then 53.Re3 (only move) Kg4 54.f6 Kg5 and the white f-pawn cannot survive.

Houdini does point out a clear missed win; instead of 31.Bd8, 31.Bb6! threatening 32.Bc5, eg 31.Bb6 Kg7 32.Bd4+ f6 33.g5! should win.

And now 53.Re3 Kg4 54.f6 Kg5 55.b3 (not 55.f7? Rxf7 with a check on e7.) Black must be careful not to play 55...Rxf6? 56.Rxe2 which is a tablebase loss but rather 55...Kg6! which draws.
