Stockfish says it's 9 trains though (Black has to let the White king out).

  tpstar: If the final position was White to play instead, then 59. Kb2 Kd2 60. a3 (60. Ka1 c1=Q#) c1=Q+ 61. Ka2 Kc2/Kc3 62. axb4 Qb2#, or 61 ... bxa3 62. b4 Qb2#. Black to play wins with 59 ... Kc3 60. a3/a4 bxa3 61. b4 Kb3 62. Kd2 Kb2 (The Squeeze) etc.

White erred with 49. Rxb6? as you cannot trade down into a lost K&P endgame.
