Oct-30-06 | | aw1988: <not too interesting game> Huh? I found it really good... too many people look only for as many fireworks as possible. |
Apr-10-07 | | mack: This Kasparov kid is gonna go far, I can just feel it in me bones. |
Jun-11-07 | | im a person: nice game |
Sep-24-07 | | Hinger: How did Gary receive the nickname Gazza? Who gave it to him and how long did he have it? Thank you for your help, I was just wondering. Also, what does it mean? Thank yhou :) |
Sep-26-07 | | resty: ohhh, some comments made me really laugh! what a way to de-stress!!! |
Sep-29-07 | | Hinger: No really, I would very much like to know resty!? |
May-13-08 | | Akuni: This guy played well for a youngster.
But did ever make anything of himself in the chess world? |
May-13-08
 | | JointheArmy: <Akuni> He's been in and out of Russian prison and I heard he was trying lead some type of revolt against the Russian government. Shame, he had real potential in the chess world. |
Apr-19-09 | | WhiteRook48: this is Kasparov's first game played in this database |
Aug-09-10
 | | jessicafischerqueen: <Kasparov> has a clear edge in this endgame due to a better pawn structure, but the main story of this game is the HOWLING BLUNDER that hands him the win on a platter- <32...Kg6??>
FORK
Game over |
Aug-17-11 | | ProjectR: Maybe Kasparov didn't have the natural ability of a fischer or a carlsen at this age(12-13yrs old),but he worked hard and he's sure made up for it since !
The greatest chess player of all time without question |
Dec-18-11 | | wordfunph: from his book Garry Kasparov on Garry Kasparov Part 1: 1973-1985, this game was one of Kaspy's first memorable games.. |
Jan-26-12 | | nelech: Kasparov was particularly proud of : 23 Qg5! |
Sep-26-13 | | MrJafari: another affective game of Kasparov, though I think his opponent played well too, except of his last mistake... |
Oct-27-14 | | Amornivla: I wanna be like him !!! hope to see you in person. |
Jun-09-15 | | Noflaps: I have coached young chess players, and while all were jewels in many ways just a few showed surprising talent. In that context, if I had ever seen a 10-year-old play like White played here, my jaw would still be on the floor. This is a very interesting game, with evidence of a 10-year-old thinking well and strategically ahead. It merits replay again and again to spot all the nuances (although no doubt some of the geniuses who grace this site will see those nuances more quickly than I). |

Jan-23-20
 | | naresb: Nice attacking game, good use of resources! |
Jan-24-20 | | Kurakotsaba: The game was played back in 1973, both players were 18 under. It is about time for SHORAT MURATKULIEV to get back on his game as we usher in The Year of The Metal RAT 2020, in the Chinese lunar New Year. |
Sep-04-21
 | | naresb: with 18. Bf6 to 20. Rxc2 White managed to equalise the material. with 22. h4, 23. Qg5 to 26. f4 White managed to create 'closed local Mobility' near Kingside so as to take advantage of White Knight against Black LSB in an endgame?. and with 32. Nf6 induced Knight fork while taking advantage of 'closed local Mobility' near Kingside. nice job for a 10 year old :) |
