Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-09-05  ughaibu: Anything wrong with 21.Nf7?
Jun-09-05  Steppenwolf: It seems to me you have only 2 pawns for a Knight. Knight and rooks exchanges would soon follow, and then, what do you have for the sacrifice of a piece?
Jun-09-05  aw1988: It seems to be 21. Nxf7 gives an unclear position.
Jun-10-05  ughaibu: 21.Nf7 Kf7 22.Qe6 Ke8 23.Bc2?
Apr-05-06  Resignation Trap: 21.Nxf7!? Kxf7 22.Qxe6+ Ke8 23.Bc2 Nxc3 24.Qxf6 Nd5 25.Qf8+ Kd7 26.Bf5+ gxf5 27.Qxf5+ Ke8 28.Qf8+ is a fanciful way to draw, but Boris wanted more.
Apr-05-06  Resignation Trap: 23.Rad1? overlooked 23...Nf4!

Instead White should have tried 23.Nxd5 Nxd5 24.Nxf7! Rxc1 (not 24...Kxf7? 25.Bxd5! and wins) 25.Nh6+ Kg7 26.Bxc1 Nf4 27.Bxf4 Qxf4 28.Ng4.
