Mar-18-05  pazzed paun: <aw1988> it is a better name than N.N. who loses a lot of games!
Mar-18-05  Mate Hunter: <pazzed paun>,
NN isn't a name, it stands for the latin 'Nomen nescio' which means 'I don't know the name'. NN hasn't very good percent (8,5%)* but why you think they don't know the name? Maybe because it's an amateur.

*Overall winning percentage = (wins+draws/2) / total games.

Mar-18-05  pazzed paun: <mate hunter> a small joke on my part-they use N.N. so nobody files a lawsuit because they were embarrassed to be caught playing badly!!

Past weekend it was time for another Tischbierek-Pähtz encounter in a tournament in Berlin, with exactly the same result. Not the same Pähtz this time but his daughter, and the players received a warning but the draw stood.
