Jul-17-09  Valmy: Congratulations for winning Diputacion Foral de Gipuzkoa
Jul-17-09  kurtrichards: Congratulations, Sophie!
Feb-28-10  notyetagm: Not a pretty ending here for Mademoiselle Milliet.

Tabanus: French champion 2003, 2008 and 2009. A detailed bio in English is here:

Oct-28-10  Oxnard: Chess AND French AND a knockout? Gentleman, these are a few of my favourite things.
Oct-28-10  ex0duz: She looks pretty 'blazed' here doesn't she? Red eyes, cheeky grin, all signs point to blazed! Or maybe had a few drinks already :p

That nonetheless only adds to her charm n beauty :)

Ron: She has a Facebook page:

Mar-11-13  waustad: With another loss today she's having a terrible tournament at the Women's World Team Championship (2013). Playing on board 3 would have been easier for her, but the French top 2 didn't come.
Mar-12-13  waustad: A win on the last day probably took some of the sting out if it.
Mar-12-13  IndigoViolet: Looks like she could have been a model for the <Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood>.
Jun-09-13  Method B: Bacrot vs S Milliet, 2013

She beat Bacrot with the black pieces during the French Team Championship.

Jun-09-13  Illogic: She did indeed, but it was Bacrot's wife, not THE Bacrot. (ChessGames messed up)
Jun-09-13  nok: You mean LE Bacrot.
Aug-02-13  BlackFront: <Looks like she could have been a model for the <Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood>.>

I think she was: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:J...

perfidious: There goes <Indigo>, talking to himself again......
Aug-20-13  waustad: She's the top rated woman at the French Championship going on right now in Nancy. Both of the higher rated women are not playing.
Nov-29-14  waustad: SK Schwäbisch Hall, her team in the Frauenbundesliga must be glad she's playing this weekend. many of their best players are in Qatar. Between that tournament and the Russian Superfinal, a lot of FBL teams have players on higher boards than usual. For the moment they are still slightly ahead of OSG Baden Baden, which got much closer after going 5.5/6 against Schachgemeinschaft Leipzig today. The two teams play each other in late January, so possibly Gibtel and/or Wijk aan Zee will sap the strength of several teams. I'm not sure of their dates.
Apr-18-15  waustad: She's now playing in Indonesia at JAPFA GRANDMASTER TOURNAMENT 2015: http://chess-results.com/tnr169744.... along with Alina L'Ami and Sergei Tiviakov. This will turn into a lavish chessbase photo opportunity. Last time Ticia Gara came with them as the designated attractive European woman in a sarong.
Apr-18-15  waustad: Don't get me wrong, I may be cynical but I'm looking forward to the articles.
Apr-05-16  posoo: Dos anyon else get NERVOS when chessmen start asking about where to find pictus of female CHESS PLAYERS?
