Oct-01-17  sonia91: Despite losing her last 3 games, she still achieved a GM norm at Isle of Man Open (2017) with a performance of 2643: http://www.chess-results.com/tnr303...

Accoridng to John Saunders, this is her final GM norm: http://twitter.com/johnchess/status... She has already crossed 2500, so she just became the 36th woman to achieve the GM title, congratulations!

Oct-17-17  sonia91: As I suspected her GM title application (http://ratings.fide.com/title_appli...) wasn't approved at the last FIDE congress in Turkey: http://ratings.fide.com/title_appli...

Her 1st norm from the European Women's Championship 2015 isn't valid since she met only 2 GMs instead of the required 4.

The second norm form the 2016 Khanty -mansiysk Grand Prix isn't valid too because only won games can be deleted for norm purposes.

So she has only 1 valid norm so far, the one from Isle of Man 2016.

Aug-15-18  wordfunph: GM Batsiash<VILI> of course from Georgia.

  fredthebear: Was this page hacked?

How does a youth player manage to have her first nine games all end in 17 moves? This all happened in the same tournament. Were games decided by adjudication?

Stonehenge: I think it's best to delete the games from that tournament. Apparently no more moves were registered after the 17th move.
