Penguincw: Wow, a 3rd broadcast. Thanks <cg>! (is that a record?)

Anyway, Aronian will probably lose this game. 2 minutes to make 12 moves, and already an inferior position, Nakamura could beat Aronian with black (in classical) for only the 2nd time in his career: Aronian vs Nakamura, 2012.

Take your time Nakamura.

chancho: Aronian has been stuck in Bad Form Avenue for quite a while now.

Hope he snaps out of it.

Penguincw: Just as Aronian makes it to time control, he resigns.

eternaloptimist: <chancho> Indeed he has been there for quite a while; I've noticed that myself. I wonder what the reasons for that are. Maybe 1 of the reasons is he hasn't been studying the openings as much lately & has gotten behind on the latest opening theory.
Jun-25-15  raju17: Hikaru should win!! what is the snag??
Jun-25-15  SirRuthless: First win with black in classical chess for Nakamura. This is how to play for a win with black Vishy...
Jun-25-15  ahmadov: Aronian is having one of the worst tournaments in his career.

maxi: As Capa used to to say, the strongest move is the one that forces resignation.
Jun-25-15  ahmadov: As expected, Nakamura wins. Well done!

Jun-25-15  whiteshark: Gr8, - shared 2nd place for Hikaru after this fine win!!
Jun-26-15  dunkenchess: Magnus is just not in good condition.
Jun-27-15  Ulhumbrus: If 8 d4 and c5 will not give White enough one alternative is 8 Nd5 and Ne2-c3 with b4-b5 to follow
Jun-27-15  RookFile: Nakamura has really toughened up his openings in the last couple of years. He is a threat to win the world championship.

maxi: His overall approach to chess has developed.
