I am a 16 year old amateur chess maniac who, like many chess masters, is 100% russian. However, I idolize Morphy as the greatest chess player that ever lived. This may be due to the lack of the appreciation of chess in those times and lack of GM competitors. Also, of the 20th century, I put my money on Alekhine and Capa.
