I am from USA Wisconsin and I am 8 years old.My favorite player is Paul Morphy.Following up is Alexander Morozevich and Veselin Topalov.I sort of taught myself how to play chess.You might be wondering how in the world did I teach myself how to play chess.Well when I was 4 years old I saw this weird program on the computar so I thought I would try it out.I pressed a few things and ended up with a board and these weird pieces.So I moved everything around and finally I learned how to set up the board and play chess.I forgot to tell you earlier that I noticed that the game was called chess.So I told my dad that I really did know how to play chess.He thought I was kidding but then we found a chess board and I showed him everything I knew about chess.Fortunately my dad was a 1600 but played like a 1750 at that time.So he taught me how to play chess much better.And soon I was an 1100.But I could not go any further than that.So then I got a strong chess coach and after two years or so my rating got up to 1700.And thats what it is now.I have a big brother who is 10 years old.And I have a little sister who is 1 years old.Also, my exact rating is 1737.Oh and I forgot to tell you my dad trained and now he is a 1880.
