Sacred Knight: Round 14: Svidler - Grischuk 1/2 Anand - Leko 1/2 Morozevich - Gelfand 1-0 Kramnik - Aronian 1/2

Sep-26-07 Clash of the Computer Titans (2007) (replies)

Sacred Knight: It seems Rybka will win game 8.

Sep-21-07 Anand vs Grischuk, 2007 (replies)

Sacred Knight: <arnaud1959: I think young players are impressed by Anand. After Karjakin and Carlsen now it's Grischuk's turn. They know that despite his age, Anand is difficult to beat tactically>. Yes, but unfortunately for him, he rarely was able to beat Garry tactically, maybe this

Oct-28-06 Kasparov vs Korchnoi, 2001 (replies)

Sacred Knight: Another game where we can see a GM crushed by Garry, making Korchnoi (a great player years before) feel like an apprentice.

Oct-28-06 Grischuk vs Kasparov, 2001 (replies)

Sacred Knight: Grischuk is another great player that has a really bad score against Kasparov. Even after several games, Kasparov is undefeated against him, he won six games and five ended in draw.

Oct-20-06 Kasparov vs Gheorghiu, 1982 (replies)

Sacred Knight: Great game indeed. Playing against Kasparov should be really difficult. You think you are playing well, then he comes with a tactical shot and the only thing you can think is what you can do to survive :-).

   Oct-19-06 Vladimir Kramnik (replies)

Sacred Knight: <<Eggman> Where did you get these stats, specifically, how were you able to exclude blitz, blindfold, etc?> I got these stats from this site, Chessgames.

Oct-12-06 Adams vs Kasparov, 2005 (replies)

Sacred Knight: Something interesting about Kasparov was his ability, sometimes, to "crush" top GMs like Adams was beaten here. This game appears to be a expert playing against an amateur (I'm not saying that Adams is a bad player, he is a great one). And there are several games by Kasparov ...

Oct-12-06 Kramnik - Topalov World Championship Match (2006) (replies)

Sacred Knight: Interesting that, even when Topalov decides to draw, he draws with style, with rook sac. :-)

Aug-22-06 Kasparov vs Korchnoi, 2006 (replies)

Sacred Knight: Kasparov has beaten Korchnoi again. It seems Korchnoi, although a great player, especially in the past, can't really outplay Garry, even in blitz, where "anything" can happens.
