TheAlchemist: Til next time, take care of yourself and each other.
Sep-30-07  heuristic: This is probably Julius Springer, founder of the Springer-Verlag publishing company. Supposedly, he defeated Neumann in another game. The Springer logo has a chess Knight in it.
Sep-23-10  myschkin: . . .

Julius Springer (1817 – 1877) was a German publisher.

Phony Benoni: Good to know it wasn't some fly-by-knight company.
