Penguincw: Congrats to 17th seeded Dragan Kosic (2482) for remaining the lowest rated/seeded player still perfect through 3 rounds of the Bosna Open. It wasn't too hard, as he has yet to face a titled player (or anyone rated over 2218), but in R4, he'll have white against 2nd seed (and highest seed of the home country) Borki Predojevic (2623) with white, who started 2.5/3.

Penguincw: After that 3/3 start, he drew his next 4 games, then loss his R8 game (5 GMs in a row) before beating another untitled player. He finished with 6/9 and 14th place, along with gaining 6.6 points (his June rating is 2480).
Feb-15-16  TheFocus: Happy birthday, GM Dragan Kosic.
