  Stonehenge: Is this Henri Paul Reyss (sometimes Reijss in Dutch), born in Switzerland?

The guy seems also to have lived in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the USA.

  Stonehenge: The Evening Star (Washington D.C.), May 29, 1949, Page C-3, has a chess playing Henri P Reyss. He even had an USCF rating (Chess Life).
