Bosko Abramovic, born in Zrenjanin, Yugoslavia, was awarded the IM title in 1980 and the GM title in 1984. In international events he was 1st at Belgrade 1984 and 2nd at Montpellier 1986. In 1993, he took 16th-20th place at the Biel FIDE Interzonal. Abramovic was also a FIDE Senior Trainer (2013).

Dec-19-21  Eastfrisian: He died on 19. December 2021. RIP Master Abramovic.
Dec-20-21  Himank02: May the great Serbian Master rest in peace. Yesterday, he played the sixth round of the Radnički tournament in Belgrade, and he passed away during the night.
