Nov-04-16  optimal play: Otto Weber (1911-1969) won the Tasmanian state title 13 times.

His participation in the 1969 Australian Championship may have been his last tournament.

He finished a credible =5th on 8½/15 which included a draw with the eventual winner, Walter Browne, in the 15th and final round.
