  Tabanus: FM Mok Tze Meng, Malaysia, born 1968 and rated 2389. He got his 3rd IM norm by placing 14th in Malaysian Open, August 2009 (won by GM Parimarjan Negi), and applied for the IM title in October 2009 (http://ratings.fide.com/title_appli...).

Was that supposed to be funny? Malaysia has only 27% Chinese yet you assume someone from Malaysia is Chinese. Well, America has 27% of African-american + Latino. So I guess you would assume that someone from America is either black or Latino, that would include yourself if you are from America.
