Jan-14-17  fisayo123: Ragger should have played 27. Rf1 first to prevent 27...Qd2, and now Xiong had a defense which be missed.

Instead of 28..Re8?! , Xiong could have played 28...h5! 29. Rf3 Kh7 30. Rg3 Qh6 and white has no attack.
