Kibitzer's Corner
May-15-16  ajile: 28.Re7 is also crushing.

28.h5 and now Black can't play 28..Rg8 since his king has no escape in the corner. White simply plays 29.Qf6+ forcing Black to play 29..Rg7 pinning his own rook. Then 30.h6 by White wins the rook and the game. Of course Black has no saving alternative to 28..Rg8 so resigns the game.

May-15-16  ajile: Note the clever pseudo sacrifice 18.f5! which opens Black up and takes advantage of the loose knight on b6.
