Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-27-15  RookFile: He could have just taken the pawn on move 11, i.e 11. Nxc6 bxc6 12. Bxf6 Bxf6 13. Qxd6

Black does get a counterattack with ...Qa5 etc. but it can't be worse than what happened in the game.

Apr-27-15  MagnusVerMagnus: yeah such force he played with today, it was like bully chess, awesome games.
Apr-28-15  Felipe38: Don't forget guys that Kasparov was the champion for many years. And he showed everyone in that time that he was a super chessman. I would like to see a match Magnus vs. Kasparov in blitz one day
Jul-01-15  EhsanBalani: Such a great game by Garry the legend! I'm sure he had seen the win from the move 13...Qa5.

  patzer2: White's biggest mistake was <14. e5?> allowing 14...dxe5 .

Instead, White needed to try 14. Qe3 =.
