Sep-15-14  luzhin: Not quite Short-Timman 1991, but a very elegant attacking march all the same.
Sep-15-14  Whitehat1963: They've played 36 times, and only 7 of the games have been drawn. I wish they played each other another 100 times in the next few years.

As a Morozevich fan. I'd rather they not. Moroxevich tends to get crushed in an embarrassing fashion everytime they play, having lost every game in the last three years.

Morozevich seems to be just as afflicted as Kramnik when playing Topalov, if not more. However, unstable Morozevich plays even worse than unstable Kramnik.

Sep-16-14  ikipemiko: Great and powerful play by Topalov!

Don't know what you mean. Kramnik and Topalov have been pretty evenly matched recently - whoever has White usually wins.

Sep-17-14  jared10001: This is what it was like to see Topalov in his prime. He was this fearless all the time, a decade ago.
Sep-18-14  DiscoJew: "March over Moro"

perfidious: The final position is a graphic illustration of the maxim that, in queen endings, the number of passed pawns is less significant than how far advanced they may be.
Sep-19-14  Eusebius: Can someone please provide the winning combination after 35...Qb6+ ?
Sep-19-14  MeatGrinder: d6 and black has no more checks.
Sep-20-14  csmath: Yet another revenge versus Moro.
