profK: Very cute game by Wade. Listed in Cecil Purdy's Chess Made Easy booklet. I first played through it at the age of 10 and it left sparkling memories. Look at the lineup that Wade beat as white when he faced the Sicilian; a formitable lineup !!!

Certainly in the early 70s he had some nice scalps:

  al wazir: 22. Ng5+ Ke8 23. Qxh5+ Kd8 24. Nf7+ would have won more elegantly.
Jan-04-19  erixn: I thought 22.Ng5+ too - at first. But I couldn't see my way through 22.-, Kg6.
Jan-04-19  siggemannen: <Family plot>, great movie, love Bruce Dern there especially!

MSteen: Just love that queen sac at the end. I didn't see it coming. Apparently, neither did Shoebridge.
