GrahamClayton: Ouch - a bad loss by one of the top American players in a simul. After 8. ♘ge2, Black just piled on the pressure on the Knight with 8...♖e8, 9...♗g4 and 10...♕e7.

sachistu: The location was Collinsville, Connecticut and Black was Charles Pasternack. Kashdan's result was +29-3 according to Brooklyn Daily Eagle June 8, 1933. Lahde's book on Kashdan claimed the result was +25-3. I'll submit a correction slip.
