At a glance, it wasn't apparent to me why this should be the case, so I did a little exploration, though 103....hxg4 104.h5 winning was easy enough to spot. The other capture with pawn also fails: 103....fxg4 104.f5, as the pathetic rook at g6 is again trapped.

Another move which is very good for White is 103....Rxg4 104.Qf6+ Kh7 105.Qxf5+.

The move I see which gives a chance of holding this for Black is 103....Kh7, with the idea of giving up the pawn at h5 in return for h4. After some reflexion, I believe White is , but hardly winning in this variation.
