juan31: Super final del Maestro H. Golombek
Mar-02-12  Cibator: Lightly annotated by Golombek in his 1954 book "The Game of Chess", with the introductory remark:

"The centre pawns are positively invited to advance in the following little game and accept the invitation with a vengeance."

He adds that Black's play could have been improved at the 4th move with ... d6, and at his 7th with ... Be7 followed by 8. ... O-O.

Mr Golombek liked curry.

However, when he died in 1995 he had never heard of hash browns.

Perhaps he had read about them in science fiction, or something.

Teyss: Brown has a very long Chess career, spanning from 1849 to 1986. Six games, all losses in a maximum of 34 moves. Brown is the brother of NN who had an even longer career, also with limited success.
