May-14-08  dakgootje: Because both are left with 4 pawns (which are placed facing each other) and a minor piece; this is [probably] a theoretically drawn position so under the so-called Sofia rules a draw offer is allowed (allowed after triple-repetition, perpetual check or theoretical draw)
