Fischerfriend: 23.Qd3! is a very precise move.
Not 23.Bd3 (as in Timman-Ribli 1978, where 19..Bd7 20.Rb7 Rd8 21.Bd3! was played.) because of 23..Qa5! and wins.

25.Qe4! is my favorite move of the game.
Not 25.Qg6 Kd6.
The point of 25.Qe4 is twofold:
+ 26.Qe5: with attack on both R-s
+ 25..Bd4 26.c5!! and the threat is 27.Qh4+
and mates. After 26..h4 27.Qg6 black can resign.

Fischerfriend: Oeps, big mistake I just posted:
I suggested 23.Bd3 Qa5, but that fails convincingly to 24.Bg6 mate! Better is as follows:

Kovacevic - Marinovic 1979, there followed:
23.Bd3 Rg8 24.Qh6 Kd7 25.Qh7 Rg4! 26.Rf7 Qa3! and black won quickly.
