Apr-12-09  andrewjsacks: So what's the record for a Queen hanging to a minor piece but not being taken for quite a number of moves? This game is a starting point...
Apr-12-09  zdigyigy: 2500 beats up on a 2100, hmmmmm. I swear I have seen this somewhere before...
Apr-12-09  thomas1722: Lol, but nice combination
Apr-12-09  Big Easy: Wow, this was a wild game. I find it interesting that twice in this game (moves 14 and 21) black defends a threat of mate in one with a move that threatens mate in one.

  playground player: One weird-looking game!
Apr-12-09  WeakSquare: Kasparov's variation??

I thought that was 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 b6 4.a3 Bb7 5.Nc3 d5 5.cxd5 Nxd5, subvariation of Petrosian's variation.

Apr-12-09  victory1: move 10 h2-h4 is a nice counter play.ill have to remember it
Apr-12-09  WhiteRook48: Q en prise for 4 moves
Apr-12-09  RandomVisitor: 13...Qe7 might be better. 13...Nxd4?? was losing.
Apr-12-09  chesskingqph: <RandomVisitor> I agree with you. But earlier than that 10...Bf5 might be more precise. The B at f5 then covers the Knight at f6 and also protects h3 square. White's Qf3 after the pawn exchange is no long that strong.
Apr-12-09  RandomVisitor: After 8.e4
