  fredthebear: The exchange of dark-squared bishops helps White immensely.

23.Nxf7 sacrifice threatening 24.Qh8# worked well in a couple of variations that FTB looked at. The sacrifice has to be accepted by Black, so 23...RxNf7 24.Qxg6+ etc. The White queen will clean up the kingside pawns with check and hop down to the weak back rank if allowed. Black suffers defeat for not developing the queen's knight so the cornered Ra8 could help defend the back rank.
