Apr-12-07  notyetagm: Wow, 34 ♖xf7!!.
Apr-12-07  Gouki: interesting how a 2600 rated GM could miss that :D

excellent game by Jakovenko.

Apr-14-07  notyetagm: Jakovenko is just a comlete player. He is one of the world's leading endgame players and here he shows his ability to attack the enemy king.
Apr-15-07  whithaw: His style reminds me of karpov (in the earlier years, not now) in some ways, at least in this game.
