Mar-19-09  Hugh the Drover: Black's Queen sacrifice at his move 14 seems to defy comprehension. And why White feels compelled to give up his at move 18 (with no clear checkmate in sight keeping her) also defies understanding to this mere mortal. I just need someone to set my ignorance straight, while checking out Nezh's games here.
Apr-23-09  arsen387: Pure Nezh! The Q sac is very interesting, though hard to believe that it's sound. Whites had no immediate reason to give it back on 18th move. I think after 18.Kg3 whites even have an advantage, but when your oponent is great Nezhmetdinov and has the initiative, you gonna lose anyway :)
