sea7kenp: Since I couldn't answer the questions here, I "expended Fuel" to get Stockfish's take on this Game.

1. Stockfish considers 12 Rxf6 a Winning Move for White.

2. Instead of Resigning, Black should have played 18 ... Nxh7, with a BLACK win!

(In other words, White's final 18 Nxh7 is a Blunder. White *had* a winning Move: 18 Rxf6!)
