I can't see an immediate win after <22...Kh7> either.

Jun-08-11  superzondo: White will build up a good attack after Qf3 aiming for f4 and rook to g5 followed by h3 and g4. White has all the play.

  Jonathan Sarfati: Yes, no one disputes that White is better. But since there is no immediate and obvious win, why should Black give up? Also, Black does have some play with his ♕-side majority if he can batten down the ♔-side somewhat.
