After 36.Qh3, White has mate after 36...Ke5 (or 36...Rg4 37.Qxg4+ first) 37.Qf5+ Kd4 38.Qd5+ Ke3 39.Rf3+ Ke2 40.Qd3+ Ke1 41.Rf1 mate.
