Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-17-07  Autoreparaturwerkbau: After 6...Kxf7 white is down a full R and N.

My comp says evaluation is about -6,5, meaning you must be a complete rookie not to win it.

Aug-17-07  RookFile: Black makes the typical mistake that people make in this situation.

Black is already up a rook. He ought to show a lack of interest in snatching material, and simply develop his men to natural squares. Nothing else.

Black in this situation should be playing like this:

1. e4 e5
2. f4 exf4
3. Nf3 d5

etc.... boring stuff... both knights come out to their natural squares, black castles....

Jan-24-09  WhiteRook48: he should be playing 1. e4 a5 2. f4 d5, which becomes interesting.
